In past years we have gone to what was called "Summer Rules"
regarding concealment. This simply meant that concealment was
optional. Well, those days have passed and concealment will be
required all year. Since people don't have to wear their
vests, jackets, or other form of concealment when they are not
shooting, this shouldn't be too much of a burden. Plus, it
gives us a little more practice in a configuration we use every day
as CHL holders.
