Annual Classifier Required

New IDPA Rule on Annual Classifiers

We want to remind everyone that IDPA rules have changed and everyone is required to shoot the Classifier at least once per year. Most clubs, including ours, have been rather lax in enforcing this new rule, but with the new year comes an effort to get everyone in compliance with the annual Classifier requirement. The only exception to the annual Classifier requirement applies to Master Class shooters that are not shooting in a Division in which they are not classified Master.

PSC-IDPA runs a Classifier quarterly during our regular match in the first month of each calendar quarter (January, April, July and October). In the event a match is rained-out, we run the Classifier during the next match. Our Classifiers are limited to the first eight (8) shooters to register, so send an email to Charles Cotton if you want to be added to the schedule. If all eight (8) slots are not reserved, the remaining openings will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis.
